Position: Multiskilled maintenance engineer
Location: Spalding
Salary: £40,(Apply online only) - £45,(Apply online only)
Hours: Monday – Friday (NIGHTS)
Interaction Recruitment have partnered with a well-established manufacturer. Due to an expansion in the business, they are looking to welcome a skilled multiskilled engineer to their site based in Spalding.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery during night shifts.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems promptly.
Collaborate with teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Document maintenance activities accurately and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:
Degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Proven maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Flexible for 2 - 2 - 3-night shift pattern.
