We are looking for driven individuals to join our team based in Leicester.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be researching the current recruitment market and calling companies to look to get them to use you to help recruit staff for them.

You will receive in depth training and support to reach your goals.

The role involves calling companies to pick up jobs, arranging face to face meetings and finding creative ways to encourage brand awareness.

Using various methods from cold calling to social media you will build a client base.

You will be speaking with candidates for the roles you pick up and supporting with the current clients needs.

Due to the need to go and visit clients you will need to be a driver with your own vehicle.

The Role:

Researching and making calls to companies in and around your designated area to find new business.

Building knowledge of local business and knowing your competition.

Meeting with clients to discuss their recruitment needs and proposing solutions.

Sourcing candidates for the roles you acquire.

Use of social media platforms to find business and candidates.

Be on your client’s sites where necessary to support in the recruitment process.

Supporting in management of existing clients when necessary.

Processing payroll.

On-Call support for any queries outside of office hours

Requirements:

Previous experience of inbound or outbound sales or customer service is advantageous

The ability to prioritise and plan daily workloads. 

Driven and passionate on providing a high-quality service.

Naturally driven by an uncapped commission structure

Excellent communication skills

The ability to manage a varied workforce.

Full UK Driving License – this is ESSENTIAL.

Proficient on Microsoft Office Platforms (Excel, Sharepoint, Teams etc)
