Maintenance Engineer role

Role – Maintenance Engineer role
Location – Based close to Ely, Cambs
Working hours – Monday to Friday 7.00am – 3.30pm
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Salary – Up to £38,000 per annum

Our client is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join their busy workshop team.
Applicants will need their own transport due to the location of the business

Main duties will include –
• Conducting preventive maintenance programs
• Maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical problems
• Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment
• Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Adhere to all safety regulations and housekeeping

Candidate attributes –
 Possess a strong technical/mechanical background
 Ability to trouble shoot problems
 Working experience with a variety of maintenance and repair techniques.
