Surveyor

Do you have Laser Scanning Surveying experience? If so then this busy multi-disciplined design agency in the Colchester area will want to hear from you. They are looking for a Surveyor to work on both large and small projects using 3D laser scanning equipment. You will visit client sites which will involved working away from home one to four days per week.

Duties

Attend client sites to perform 3D laser scanning
Conduct measured building/retail surveys to produce floor plans, elevations and sections
Pointcloud registration and processing
Liaise with clients both on site and in office
Schedule works, arranging travel and accommodation

Skills & Experience

Must have a good understanding of building construction
Experience using laser scanning equipment (Leica Cyclone or ReCap)
Experience of building or topographical surveying ideal
AutoCAD experience would be preferred but not essential
CSCS accreditation is preferred but not essential
Must be confident, have good communication skills and an excellent work ethic
Full driving licence and own transport is essential

Hours 8.30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday with ½ hour lunch.
