Gap Construction are currently recruiting for experienced Dumper/ Roller Drivers to work on a number of projects across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.

Dumper/Roller Drivers duties

Operate Dumper or Roller machines as well as be willing to work on the ground if needed.
Prepare and position the machine for safe and effective operation.
Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure the excavator is in good working condition.
Adhere to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure the accurate and precise execution of excavation tasks.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

Dumper/Roller Driver Specification

Valid CPCS card or NPORS.
NVQ or equivalent
Must have full PPE.
Minimum two years on site experience in a similar role.
Be able to provide two checkable references.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to perform manual tasks.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
