Recruitment Consultant for Apprentices

The Role

Candidate attraction 

In this role, you will be responsible for Apprenticeship Recruitment and attraction through school events, college events, job boards, local events in the area and running internal open days to help fill local employer job roles.

Employer vacancies 

You will support local employers in matching them with the best possible apprentices to fill skills gaps and help bring fresh talent to employer’s jobs roles.

You will contact local employers advertising their Apprenticeship roles to see if we can support them to fill with our free matching service.

Provide co-ordination of information on employer vacancies and apprentice applicants and will support the Business Development Team in maximizing the number of apprentice applicants who are successfully recruited.

We are looking for a trainee or graduate with the drive and ambition to help young people into work! Driven fast paced and wanting to place people into digiital, customer service, admin and other apprenticeship roles.

We are looking for some with a good standard of education to Level 2 or equivalent in business related subject (including English and maths) and who also has some  up to date knowledge of Apprenticeships would be desired.

You should have experience of developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including employers and experience of co-ordinating, managing and monitoring a complex workload.

You will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills and a high degree of personal drive and motivation to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
