Job Description
Job Duties:
Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure successful project delivery
Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet company objectives
Oversee the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion
Strong understanding of scientific and pharmaceutical engineering principles
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of project management principles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering or related field
Professional Engineering (PE) licence
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Working Conditions:
This role is based in Clitheroe, Lancashire, with regular office hours. Occasional travel may be required to visit project sites or attend meetings
