I am seeking a highly motivated and reliable warehouse operative for an expanding distribution business in Manchester South.
This is an exceptional career opportunity whereupon your employment will be seen as an investment for the company's future and growth. A multi-skilled and dedicated workforce is ultimately the objective for my customer.
You will ideally have a fork lift licence or have operated a side-tracker, side loader or Combi lift. You may be driving road based vehicles to move stock around the site (once training and sign off has been satisfied).
Ideally, you may have or are certified to operate a remote controlled overhead crane (5ton).
Working within the Laser department you will be trained or will have used a Tube Laser to enable precision cuts taken from technical drawings.
You may have skills and experience using a CNC machine- these skills can be expanded and adapted accordingly.
Your health and safety is the organisation's priority whilst you are on site. You will be issued with every required PPE on a regular basis. Risk assessments are undertaken on a frequent basis, pre-use equipment checks are undertaken for every aspect of the site. You will take responsibility for the housekeeping and cleanliness of every working bay you are assigned to
