Field Care Supervisor

Are you looking to work as a Field Care Supervisor?
We have a full-time position available working from our office in Eastleigh. We provide domiciliary care, supporting people in their own homes with care that enables them to live a fulfilled life and promoting their independence with person centered care.
Tasks for a field care supervisor:
* New care assessments
* Existing client reviews
* Service user Risk Assessments
* Spot checks
* Induction of new care staff
* Medication reviews
* Working with external professionals
Field Care Supervisor requirmenets:
* Must Drive with access to a car
* Working 40 hours across the week across Monday - Sunday
* Working alternative weekends.
* On call as part of a rota system within the office team (approx 1 in 4 weeks)
* Experience in a similar role essential
* Level 3+ Health and Social Care (Preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
* Good IT skills and record keeping
* Be able to work in a fast packed environment where no two days are the same
