Internal Sales - Builders Merchant

The role
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and product recommendations.
Process sales inquiries, quotations, and orders accurately and efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with the product range, features, and benefits to assist customers effectively.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products.
Collaborate with the external sales team and other departments to meet customer needs. Requirements
Previous experience in sales in a builder’s merchant.
Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary - £40,000 - £45,000
Hours: Mon - Fri 07:30 - 17:00 & 08:00 - 12:00
