BRC are working with a not for profit organisation who deliver social housing and care homes across the South West and South East. This role is London based covering patches including Luton, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes & Hemel Hempstead
  
Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for taking the lead in managing the delivery of property investment, service and inspection and repairs services
Carry out property inspections and investigate repair requests raised by customers, providing technical advice on defects including damp and mould issues
Working closely with housing and care operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services and maintenance to properties, meeting property strategy targets
Conduct property building surveys, providing advice on defects and disrepair
Lead and manage the delivery of the repairs service, carrying out regular property inspections of the property condition and arrange for works to be carried out
Ensure necessary repairs & planned works are delivered in a cost-effective manner and within timescales
Assess properties to review future investment and repair planning, maintenance delivery, minor works and refurbishments
Produce detailed reports on works required including works for remedial solutions   
Job Requirements
Driver with access to own vehicle
Experience of surveying and/or professional qualification - HND/HNC
Proven experience working within social housing maintenance and planned investment sector, Contractor Side and/or client side.
