Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in overseeing the fit-out of super prime residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all phases of the project, including planning, procurement, execution, and closeout.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards on site.
* Monitor progress against project milestones and take corrective actions as necessary.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fit-out of super prime residential projects.

* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
