Team Leader /Grass Cutter
Temp to Perm MOnday to Friday 40 hours
£13.55ph
We are recruitng a Team Leader to run a small team of grass cutters and grounds maintenance candiadtes.
Some supervisory expereince is essential as well as grass cutting,gardening experience and being able to drive a van.
Job Duites & Requirements
* Competent in organising a team of 3 – Making sure all paperwork is complete on a weekly basis, (Grass cutting sheets, vehicle check sheets, small plant and equipment check sheets.)
* Able to work to consistently high standards
* Professional attitude
* High level of enthusiasm and motivation
* Decisive
* An approachable personality
* Strong relationship building skills with clients and users
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexible in approach to working hours
* Experience in working with ride on mowers John Deere or equivalent, small 2 stroke machinery, strimmer’s, bowers, hedge cutters.
