With a focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences, we're dedicated to providing our members with unparalleled dining experiences against the backdrop of our stunning 127-acre golf course.

Responsibilities of Head Chef:

* Lead the planning, organization, and execution of food preparation to enhance the Club's culinary reputation.

* Develop and modify menus to meet quality standards and drive sales through diverse offerings.

* Manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

* Supervise kitchen staff, recruit and manage team members, and oversee day-to-day kitchen operations.

* Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements of Head Chef:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role, demonstrating strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.

* Proven ability to manage kitchen operations, control costs, and ensure compliance with regulations.

* Excellent team management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Food Hygiene Certificate level 3 preferred.
