Part time Administrator
Location: Fareham / home working 
Hours: 16 hours per week
(flexible shifts between Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM) 
Salary: £9,518.08 P/A

This is a temporary contract with a minimum of 10 months.
 
As an Administrator you will be:
Processing invoices, handling discrepancies and queries. 
Liaising with other departments to manage facilities.
Strategically sourcing new clinic venues. 
Maintaining accurate records, updating information frequently.
Coordinating necessary facilities maintenance. 
Data entry duties. 
Liaising with suppliers, contractors and third parties. 
Handling a busy telephone and inbox. 
Ordering stock and supplies. 
Ad hoc administrative duties. 
Coordinating travel arrangements and bookings. 
Handling internal and external inquiries. 
Processing and organizing inbound and outbound post. The ideal Administrator will have/be:
Able to work independently, be well-organised. 
Good verbal and written communication skills
The ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Previous experience of Facilities Management desirable.
