Role:
Maintain the businesses infrastructure
Point of escalation for technical issues
Work with team to execute the IT roadmap
Support manager with projects and tasks
Support the IT strategy in alignment with policies
Create and update documentation
Create and implement test and recovery plans
Make recommendations to support the infrastructure's performance and integrity
Experience:
3years' experience in a Microsoft environment
Proficient at troubleshooting, resolving issues, and change management
Strong knowledge of networking: troubleshooting, switches, and routers
Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS etc.
Ensured disaster recovery, business continuity and high availability
Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
