TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

MPL Site Services are currently recruiting Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work in our offices in Walton-On-Thames. MPL will offer full training to become a Recruitment Consultant, candidates wishing to apply will learn how to resource sell and manage a busy fast paced contract recruitment desk as a 360 consultant.

MPL have grown their business in our Walton on Thames branch and are looking to develop and grow that business and offer a career to someone within the Construction Recruitment industry

This will involve telephone cold calling, emailing to current contacts to generate leads speaking and interacting with clients and candidates face to face on occasion. Managing the contractors that work for you on a weekly basis including what sites to send them too, pay rolling them and making sure they are happy to carry on working with you. Likewise making sure that you keep your clients orders fulfilled and manage the invoicing process to charge our clients for the services we provide

Working hours – 40 hours per week

Start time – 08.00am

Finish Time – 17.00pm

Ideally Candidates wishing to apply must be comfortable to

* Use a telephone to speak to candidates and clients alike – a large percentage of the work you will be doing will be using telephone

* Use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel basic Knowledge) and our internal database to document what we do (training provided on our database)

Starting Salary £18,000.00 per annum + Holidays and Bank Holidays

Upon completing probationary period Bonus and commission structure can be put in place with salary reviews after 18 months continuous employment.
