Yolk is thrilled to be supporting a leading law firm in their search for a talented Construction Associate to join their expanding team. This is what you'll be doing

As a Construction Solicitor, your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:-

Utilise your expertise in non-contentious construction law to advise on a range of projects.
Manage and mentor junior team members, playing a pivotal role in their development.
Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, building and nurturing strong relationships.
Provide technical insight and ensure meticulous attention to detail in contract analysis and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, contributing to the team's knowledge base.

The experience you'll bring to the team

You will bring the following experience and expertise to the Construction team:-

A minimum of 3 years' PQE in construction law, with a focus on JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.
Proven ability to handle consultant appointments, collateral warranties, and bonds/guarantees.
Strong track record in managing diverse construction projects such as mixed-use developments, retail, and renewable energy projects.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the aptitude to work collaboratively.
