If so, we're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors in Plymouth. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the classroom while supporting teachers and students in their day-to-day activities.
Some Responsibilities:
Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students.
Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and activities provided by classroom teachers.
Manage classroom behaviour and promote participation during lessons.
Provide support and assistance to students as needed, answering questions and clarifying instructions to facilitate learning.Requirements:
Previous experience in a classroom, either as a cover supervisor or as a teaching assistant!
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skill, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
