Your new company
* A well-established and developing building services organisation.
Your new role
* Operating Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, working across a portfolio of commercial buildings.
* Carrying out maintenance works.
* Maintaining monthly legionella inspections/checks, plumbing systems/ fault finding, repairs of valves and taps, general ppm and reactive maintenance and fabric maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience operating in a water technician role, preferably in the commercial / FM sector.
* L8 Legionella – highly desirable.
