Brook Street are working with a client who are looking for experienced administrators to join a growing team on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. This is a varied role, with a mix of customer service and administration. They are looking for someone to start ASAP, Monday to Friday in a great central location.

What will you do as Operations Administrator?

Be the first point of contact for queries via telephone and email
Provide client updates
Manually input invoices and credits into a database
Maintain internal databases
Check data and correct any errorsWhat type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?

Strong Excel skills
Experience in a customer service role
Experience in an administration role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritise large workloadExperience within the energy sector is very desirable!
