HR and Payroll Advisor

HR Generalist
Worcestershire
£30,000 per annum

We are currently working with a great company based in Worcester who are looking for a HR Advisor ideally with a CIPD qualification to support the HR team in a generalist capacity.

If you are a proactive and detail orientated HR professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties will include:

Employee Relations
Supporting managers with disciplinaries, grievances and capability
Managing Sickness and Absence levels
Developing HR processes and procedures
Assisting the payroll department with payroll including maternity and paternity
Managing starters and leavers
Supporting with Learning and Development
General HR Admin
