Structural Engineer - Steelwork

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our clients successful and well-established Steelwork Fabrication company.

You should have experience working on Steel Frame buildings, typically Portal Frame and Beam and Stick and you will be joining an existing engineering team in a friendly and supportive environment.

You can expect a very good starting salary with optional overtime paid at enhanced rates and job security of working for a robust employer.

Structural Engineer - Steelwork duties include:

* Design of structural sections and associated connections where required.

* Providing technical/design advice to internal drawing office as required.

Structural Engineer - Steelwork requirements:

* Hold a professional Engineering qualification.

* Proven experience working as a Structural Engineer, ideally on steel framed building projects, either for a fabrication company or a consultancy /main contractor.

* Design and build project experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

* Good communication skills

* Live in/within a commutable distance of the office near Dudley, West Midlands.
