Salary: £85-£100 per day based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, ensuring they have access to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the specific needs of each student.
Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to create a nurturing and engaging classroom atmosphere.
Support students in their academic and social development.
Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to the teaching team and parents as required.
Help maintain a safe and organised classroom setting.Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant is advantageous.
A compassionate and patient nature, with a strong desire to support children with SEN.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from teaching staff.
A commitment to promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for all students.
