Position Overview: They seek a CNC Setter/Operator experienced with Heidenhein controls to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for precision part production.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines with Heidenhein controls.
Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
Adjust machine settings for quality and precision.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
Conduct quality checks.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
Qualifications:
Experience with Heidenhein controls.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred:
CNC machining certification.
High-precision manufacturing experience.
CAD/CAM software knowledge.
