A stand-alone HR Advisor position has arisen to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. An office-based role, you will be required on-site Monday - Friday on a full-time basis. Working in a stand-alone position where you will be responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees.

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for -

Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contracts
Completing exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retention
Arranging performance and probationary reviews
Completing disciplinaries and grievances
Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
Managing and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payroll
Any general HR administration tasks as requiredIdeally for this HR Advisor role, you will have -

CIPD level 3 or higher
Experience with talent management
Proven experience of improving staff retention
Good organisational skills and an eye for detail
Prior experience working in a stand-alone role
Excellent communication skillsOn offer for this HR Advisor position -

Working hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm with an early finish on Fridays
Offering a salary of £30-35k
