The Role
Working Site Manager required to build new entrances to an industrial building in Darton, Barnsley. The manager will also have overall management of project whilst a self-contained team of asbestos removal contractors undertake their works. This project is due to start on Tuesday 7th May 2024 with a total duration of 14 consecutive night shifts (6pm - 6am).
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following;
SMSTS
CSCS Card
3 Day First Aid
Asbestos Awareness
Be from a building / bricklaying background and prepared to undertake propping / building works on the building
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressureDuties
Undertake required building works on the project
Update RAMS
Lead the night activities on site
Coordinating handovers and sign offs
Ensure all site paperwork is completed to a high standard
Ensure high levels of site safety at all times
Update and check against the construction Programme
Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management teamThis is a freelance contract with a competitive rate (£300.00 - £320.00 Per Night) on offer for the successful candidate.
