Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
* Answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
* Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
* Keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
* Performing manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
* Participate in the On-Call Rota.
To be successful for this Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer role you must have:
* Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
* C&G Level 3 or NVQ 3 level in mechanicalor HNC equivalent.
* Experience of Using IT systems (Handheld device) as part of the CAFM system.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
* A full UK driving license is preferred.
