Job Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Employer Engagement Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant who will manage a team to ensure performance to target whilst identifying new employment opportunities for job seekers to support their transition in to sustainable employment. 
You will have previous experience engaging with/selling to businesses to identify new job opportunities which can be promoted to work ready customers.   You will work with various job seeker groups (cleaners, admin, retail, hospitality, sales etc.) to proactively identify, cold call and secure employment opportunities that job seekers can apply for. You will work with each job seeker throughout their application including preparing them for employment.
You will have previous experience managing, training and mentoring sales/recruitment executives and be able to lead by example in ensuring all monthly KPI’s and targets are met by the wider team and against your own targets.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
