My client a leading company based between Leeds and Bradford are working closely with The Bridge IT to search for a Digital Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Marketing to help take their online offering and customer portal to the next level.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role is essential
  • Expertise in managing and using Content Management Systems
  • Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Platform, Google AdWords, Bing advertising skills
  • Amazon experience is desirable
  • Content creation skills advantageous including copywriting and visual content.
  • Experience in Adobe suite.
  • Manage and work with third party providers where necessary.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for growing our online sales and presence by leading the transformation of our B2C & B2B sites.
  • Manage and maintain website and content. Identify and implement improvements to UX/UI.
  • Project manage ongoing website enhancements where third parties are involved.
  • Conduct web analysis and make recommendations to increase conversion rates.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor and track web performance.
  • Managing, planning, and executing SEO, paid digital, email, social media, E-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new campaigns across our various marketing channels.
  • Monitor and identify improvements to the customer journey and overall digital experience.
  • Build, maintain and improve email campaigns, including triggered and nurture programs to improve customer engagement.
  • Building and maintaining our mailing list.
  • Manage and monitor budgets.
  • Participate in a team culture that encourages autonomy, creativity, innovation, and learning.
