My client a leading company based between Leeds and Bradford are working closely with The Bridge IT to search for a Digital Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Marketing to help take their online offering and customer portal to the next level.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role is essential
- Expertise in managing and using Content Management Systems
- Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Platform, Google AdWords, Bing advertising skills
- Amazon experience is desirable
- Content creation skills advantageous including copywriting and visual content.
- Experience in Adobe suite.
- Manage and work with third party providers where necessary.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for growing our online sales and presence by leading the transformation of our B2C & B2B sites.
- Manage and maintain website and content. Identify and implement improvements to UX/UI.
- Project manage ongoing website enhancements where third parties are involved.
- Conduct web analysis and make recommendations to increase conversion rates.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor and track web performance.
- Managing, planning, and executing SEO, paid digital, email, social media, E-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
- Identify, develop, and implement new campaigns across our various marketing channels.
- Monitor and identify improvements to the customer journey and overall digital experience.
- Build, maintain and improve email campaigns, including triggered and nurture programs to improve customer engagement.
- Building and maintaining our mailing list.
- Manage and monitor budgets.
- Participate in a team culture that encourages autonomy, creativity, innovation, and learning.
