We are aflexible and dynamic HR team with a strong background of Danaher'stoolkits for our core processes and interesting projects in thepipeline to allow you to grow within our team and leave a footprintfor ourorganization.

YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supportingproject management and execution of core employee relationsprograms and practices in an effective and consistent mannerincluding deployment of Corporate policy and processes, ensuring aneffective feedback and escalation process to Project Owners toenable on-timedeployment.

  • Advice andcoaching to HRPBs and HR generalists on routine core labour andemployee relations matters including routine workplaceinvestigations, policy and issue resolution, performanceimprovement issues, disciplinary matters, employee separations andassociate representative forums (asapplicable).

  • For morecomplex/non-routine cases, the role will be responsible forundertaking and managing associate complaints and grievances withsystematic approach to address root causes, develop and recommendactions and countermeasures, and effectively concludeinvestigations by facilitating a review of the decision withappropriate stakeholders and close out of actions andcountermeasures.

  • The rolewill offer creative and effective recommendations and solutions tochallenging workplace issues and drive consistency andcollaboration in the management and execution of employee relationsusing tools and technology for case management, standard work andcontinuous improvement. In addition, guidance and support to localGerman change management, reorganizations and restructurings(including consultation requirements relating to outsourcing, roleelimination orredundancies).

  • Responsiblefor driving education, process and program improvements, and auditsas appropriate through training and other methods. StrengthenHR-related compliance processes, by being proactive. In addition,consult and manage outside counsel per governance framework andmain interface between HR, management, and the local works councilsin the 2 German sites, as well as the Group WorksCouncil.

YOURPROFILE

  • University'sDegree in Law, Labour/Industrial Relations, Business,Human Resources, or another relatedfield

  • Several years oflabour and employee relations experience in leading a variety ofcomplex LER issues including change management projects,investigations, disciplinary matters, terminations,etc.

  • Proven trackrecord in relationship management of collective representationbodies including execution of business change, restructuring,policy and projectdeployment.

  • Advancedcompetency in preparing and negotiating collective / factoryagreements consistent with best practices - supporting anddeveloping HRBPs to achieve consistency andcompliance.

  • Excellentbi-lingual German and English written and oraland presentation skills with professional presence; able to clearlyand concisely communicate progress, results, and guidance tocritical stakeholders in timelymanner.
