Hybrid- 1 day per week in office in Boston, MA
About this Position
We are seeking a dedicated Staffing Operations Coordinator to oversee all aspects of faculty recruitment compliance, including managing faculty postings, onboarding processes, and annual sexual misconduct checks. This role is instrumental in ensuring the integrity and legality of our recruitment procedures, contributing to a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
 
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new faculty, including paperwork and orientation programs.
- Conduct annual sexual misconduct checks for faculty members, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as University policies, and assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
- Monitor and maintain weekly new hire orientation lists in partnership with the Onboarding team and reviewing completed proformas and verifying information matches candidates' resumes/CVs.
 
Required Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- 1-3 years of related administrative or HR experience.
 
 
Additional Information:
Hybrid - On-site 1 day/week
Could go temp to perm
Pay range: $20-22/hr
