Retention Agent (german - swedish - portuguese - spanish)

Are you a self-motivated, fluent in the below-mentioned language, want to become part of a dynamic team?


As a Retention Agent you will:

  1. Regular contact with our existing clients;
  2. Ensure the highest level of Customer Service;
  3. Maintain and update our CRM;
  4. Work with clients to engage in FX opportunities;
  5. Follow up on any client matters;
  6. Relationship management;
  7. Liaising with relevant teams to ensure quality service delivery;
  8. Regularly report to management;
  9. Retain existing clients.

Reporting to:

  • Retention Team Leader/Retention Manager
  • Reporting to the position: None
  • Working hours: 12:00 – 21:00 


  • Fluency in English both verbal and written;
  • Fluency in any of the following language: German - Swedish - Portuguese - Spanish;
  • Fluency in any other language will be considered an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Excellent communications skills;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
