Our client is a fast-growing operator of franchise restaurants in Central and Eastern Europe with ambitious plans to reach 100 restaurants across the region by 2030. The Company is looking for a Head of Human Resources to join the leadership team and lead the People & Culture agenda for both countries. This role will report to the Managing Director and will initially lead a team of five.

Aufgaben
  • You are accountable for all HR affairs in Austria and Slovakia. As a trusted advisor, you possess the ability to coach and counsel individuals at all organizational levels
  • Development of an employer branding strategy - positioning the company as an employer of choice
  • Concrete measures and implementation of an authentic and constant candidate journey
  • Primary point of contact for all labour-law matters in both countries
  • Ensuring a successful Candidate Journey and effective Research & Recruiting
  • Developing the business strategy in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Setting up and develop technology-supported systems and processes
  • Grow an exceptional People team those scales with the business

Profil
  • An experienced HR professional with particular expertise in scaling up multi-unit businesses (catering, hospitality, fast-Food, retail etc.)
  • Strong understanding of business results and operational KPIs to identify opportunities and needs for HR support
  • Ability to make sound decisions, even in complex or uncertain situations, and to implement them consistently
  • Extensive expertise in labor law, including a profound understanding of collective agreements and related matters
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage with teams from restaurant staff (on equal footing) up to the Board
  • Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in German and/or Slovak is advantageous

Remuneration: from € 80.000 p.a. depending on qualifications and professional experience, a salary in line with the market is offered.
