This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Associate Director of Sustainability to join an independent sustainability consultancy in Guildford, where you will work on a range of projects to raise their environmental performances.

Role responsibilities include:

Take the lead on a variety of projects, ensuring the environmental performances of these developments increase
Invest in and mentor the more junior staff members to make sure their potential is reached.
Implement collaborative styles of management to ensure individual, team and company targets are met.
Develop and maintain new and existing client relationships to help raise the profile of the company, as well as building a consistent pipeline.Role requirements include:

Extensive experience within the construction industry which would include being involved with sustainability, planning, and architecture.
Extensive experience within a client facing role.
Relevant degree and educational background within sustainability
Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
