Requirements
Registered General Nurse (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience and valid registration to practice in Milan, Italy.
Holds a recognized qualification to at least diploma level or demonstrates equivalent practice through a portfolio/CV.
Shows a clear commitment to professional development.
Fluent communication skills in Italian, French and English.
Responsibilities as a Nurse
Provide comprehensive in-patient clinical case management according to clinical and company standards.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with providers, stakeholders (medical and administrative), and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery.
Regularly visit or contact care providers for medical case updates.
Liaise with patients to gather detailed clinical information, including past medical history, for accurate case management.
Support the medical collection team in obtaining discharge summaries and medical records from care providers.

Salary: €40,000 per annum
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
