Project: Solar Farm
Contract Length: 9 Months Minimum
Shifts/Hours: 7:30 – 5:00 (Possible overtime on Saturday’s)
Rate: Negotiable | Fuel & Accommodation can be provided if needed.
DUTIES:
* Project Planning and Scheduling – develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines and resource requirements whilst including other construction trades and coordinating with clients.
* Budget management – create and manage project budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and monitor them adjusting budgets and orders as necessary.
* Procurement and materials management – source and procure materials, equipment and fixtures required for the projects whilst co ordinating delivery schedules.
* Subcontractor management – provide clear instructions, guidelines and expectations to subcontractors ensuring quality workmanship through regular site inspections.
* Quality control and assurance – implement quality control measures to maintain high standards by conducting inspections and quality checks throughout.
* Client communication and relationship management – serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries, concerns and requests throughout the project ensuring needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
* Health and safety compliance – implement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards on the project site.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experience working as a Project Manager on Solar Farm Projects.
* Valid CSCS Black Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Desirable – Temporary Works Supervisor Ticket
