Quality Director

As the Quality & Governance & Director, your responsibilities will include:

Providing strategic leadership to regional teams, ensuring operational excellence and achievement of performance targets.
Overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance care quality and resident satisfaction.
Collaborating with Home Managers to optimise efficiency, resource allocation, and staff development.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the standard of care across all homes.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
