I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established client who is recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join their team in Cardiff.
 
They specialise within building management solutions and do everything from design, installation and service and maintenance of BMS and HVAC systems.
 
They work with a range of interesting and high end contracts across the country! I am looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, who enjoys variation and coordinating between different teams.   
 
Benefits:
Annual salary up to £30k, can be negotiated depending on experience

The role of a Service Coordinator:   
Allocating work for Project Managers and Engineers in the Cardiff Region
Updating purchase orders and processing invoices
Handling calls from customers and dealing with enquiries
Working closely with the engineers
Working to customer SLA’s
Full time, permanent Mon – Fri (37 hours a week) The skills required for a Service Coordinator:
To be confident in dealing with internal teams, project managers and engineers
To have a wealth of customer service experience to handle customer queries
To be articulate with the ability to write emails and job reports where required
To be computer literate
