Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for highly motivated Estate Agents to join our dynamic teams as a Sales Negotiators. Multiple positions are available at our Yarm and Sunderland branches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee sales and lettings processes while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
* Build strong relationships with new and existing clients both in person and over the phone.
* Facilitate the progression of sales from agreement to exchange and completion.
* Generate and book property valuations, conduct viewings, and handle lettings negotiations.
* Provide insightful market advice and secure new property instructions.
* Develop and nurture relationships with vendors to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our property register.
* Prepare detailed property descriptions, arrange photographs, and coordinate floorplans.
* Manage sales progression administration efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Ideally, you are an experienced Sales Negotiator seeking to excel in a leading estate agency.
* Demonstrated excellence in customer care and service.
* Resilient, positive, and highly organized.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* A Full UK driving license is essential.
