Technical Co-ordinator

My client a medium sized residential developer is seeking an experienced Technical;/ Design Co-ordinator to grow their Technical team. Reporting into the Technical manager this position will be highly involved in the design of their new sites and house types as well as work with live projects to ensure any technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively by updated drawings and technical specifications as required.
This role would suit someone who would like to either move away from a PLC developer or looking to work in a smaller team and have the chance to learn further from highly experienced leaders within the residential sector.
Experience of working in the residential sector essential alongside academically qualified would be preferred
