Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Care Manager to join thier brilliant team. The business is going from strength to strength and they are looking for a registered manager with the skills and ambition to help them continue on that journey.
They have a fantastic office team and you will work alongside the managing director, operations director, care coordinator and supervisors to ensure they provide the best care possible to their clients.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the delivery of high quality home care services in line with CQC standards and industry best practice.
Main Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of branch operations ensuring high standards, efficiency and profitability.
* Holding the CQC registration for the branch and ensure that it operates within CQC guidelines.
* Be actively involved in recruitment and marketing strategies to support commercial growth.
* Regularly review the operations of the branch to ensure that all customer and staff needs are met.
* Ensure that all policies and procedures are kept up to date and implemented throughout business operations.
* Support branch staff and carers with ongoing professional development
About You
To thrive in this role you will hold a Level 5 NVQ in Care Management or be willing to work towards achieving this. You will have knowledge of regulatory requirements and have previous experience of working within the care sector at management level. You will be a people person who enjoys managing a wonderful team of carers to help them to achieve their best.
Likewise, you will be supported to deliver your best and to grow and develop your career.
A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving organisational goals.
* Experience in safeguarding, budget management, and report writing
* Experience using Care Management IT systems
