Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Sales Team with small / BAU sales requirements; understanding and developing these requirements, producing and submitting quotes, and progressing through to a PO.
The Sales Team will provide your workload, including but limited to; clients to contact, requirements to qualify, scopes to develop, quotes to produce etc.
Taking sales leads from the Service Team and Help Desk, working them through to quotes and POs.
Working closely with the on-site FM teams, to provide sales support and client relationship management/development.
Working with the Business Development Team for general client activities, demonstration days, promotions, marketing campaigns etc.
Developing relationships with Clients over time, to provide them with dedicated sales support.
Working closely with your colleagues to develop and grow your knowledge of AV, with a view to take on increasing responsibility, and become self-sufficient as soon as possible.
Managing client data.
Updating client records within CRM
