Associate Building Surveyor

An independent, commercial minded consultancy hold the desire to hire an Associate Building Surveyor to build their own Building Surveying Team across London. This consultancy have a large Building Surveying presence up north and have strong ambitions for the London region.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will become a key member of the company by becoming a pivotal members of their Building Surveying division.. Also, as an Associate Building Surveyor, you will be providing technical advice and support on various projects, involvement in recruitment matters, engaging with new and existing clients and to grow a successful team.

We require a Associate Building Surveyor to hold:

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Qualified with MRICS or MCIOB
• Commercial practise experience
• A confident and client-facing individual
• Both project and professional services experience

Salary + Benefits

•£75,000 base salary
• Car Allowance
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
