Maintenance Surveyor - South London - Up to £44,000 + Car Allowance!
SHR have partnered with a Housing Association, with a fantastic customer reputation, who are looking for a new Maintenance Surveyor to join their team.
The responsibility of this position is to deliver a prompt repairs and void surveying service. This entails upholding our clients’ properties to exceptional standards and complying with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations. Additionally, the role necessitates delivering exemplary service to staff, residents, leaseholders, managing agencies, and property owners alike.

Responsibilities:
* Managing responsive repairs, including implementing corrective measures as needed, and providing regular progress reports to the Contract Manager.
* Analysing and evaluating building defects, proposing remedies, and drafting specifications for necessary repairs, ensuring compliance with current legislative standards.
* Obtaining quotations and estimates as required, following our procurement procedures.
* Maintaining excellent communication and consultation standards to ensure the highest level of customer care with all stakeholders.
* Ensuring the completion of work in a timely and efficient manner.
