-          Full-time role (Monday – Friday).

-          8:30-3:30pm.

-          Secondary (11-16 years).

-          Small class sizes.

-          Wirral.

-          Challenging behaviours.

-          Term-time only.

-          All pupils have an EHCP.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the students' academic and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers
Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN and SEMH challenges.
Implementing strategies to help students manage their emotions and behaviour.
Encouraging a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Supporting students' social, emotional, and mental well-being.
Collaborating with teachers to ensure the best outcomes for our students.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a dedicated individual who:

Is resilient and able to remain calm under pressure.
Has experience working with secondary students, particularly those with SEN and SEMH needs.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to the unique needs of each student.
Is committed to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
