Our well established and respected Lloyd’s Broker client have a vacancy for a Broker / Technician. This is a brand new role, and whilst someone with some knowledge of transportation business in the US would be highly beneficial, the company are willing to train, and the role offers genuine opportunities for progression and development over time.
The main areas of responsibility are Binding Authorities emanating from the USA, as well as some lineslip and open market business.
Specific duties will include:
* Quote Preparation and Administrative Support:
* Working with colleagues to ensure smooth insurance service delivery, including brokers, accounts, and Claims teams.
* Data Entry and Management to ensure accurate insurance-related data in relevant company systems.
* Documentation and Filing: Organizing and maintaining electronic files.
Future development opportunities will cover areas such as Relationship Building, Client Service and Interaction, Compliance, Risk Assessment and Underwriting Support.
