Job Title: Childrens Registered Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)
Location: Leytonstone, London

Our client already holds a huge presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs.. 

Exciting times as they open a brand new 6 bed home based in Leytonstone, Ilford and on the lookout for a Deputy Manager looking to take on their own home or a Childrens Registered Manager looking for a fresh opportunity to put their stamp on.

Salary up to £50,000 per annum - plus bonus for Ofsted ratings and capacity   
Located in Leytonstone, Greater London
Childrens Registered Manager will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users
You will have support from a Deputy Manager, as well and senior support workers and residential support workers

Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent (Essential)
Previous experience at Deputy Manager or Childrens Registered Manager level  (Essential) 
Must have strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations within residential settings (Essential)
