My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy who provide their highly technical services to the housebuilding and construction industries. They have the exciting opportunity for a sustainability consultant to join their overheating team with the luxury of working from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Using IES software to conduct thermal modelling, overheating, and thermal comfort analysis
Carry out Overheating and Part O assessments
Undertake energy assessments, statements, and modelling improvements for planning, whilst ensuring building designs are complying with Part LThe ideal candidate will have:

Relevant experience within a sustainability consultant role, with demonstratable experience with overheating analysis.
An educational background within energy and sustainability
Experience and competency with IES for overheating analysis that includes TM59 and TM52
Excellent communication and presentation skills
It would be advantageous to be knowledgeable of UK building standards and regulations such as Part LBenefits of the role include:
