Salary: up to £92,000 DOE

Location: Regular travel within the region is required, the ideal candidate will need to be flexible to the needs of the business.

The development of a strong Regional Team leading on provision governance and quality continues to be fundamental to inspiring a culture of excellence, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for those working and living in our schools and colleges.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team for our SEN Schools and Colleges, you will join a team of committed and skilled practitioners leading on quality and performance. As part of this team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the standards and expectations of our Statement of Purpose, as well as full compliance with Ofsted and CQC requirements and recommendations, maximizing efficiency and profitability to drive performance against budgets and targets.

An expert in the field, you will be suitably qualified with experience working in a Headship or equivalent.  You will provide comprehensive leadership, ensuring sound governance and regular audit, to offer inspiration, leadership, direction and support to staff at all levels.

Ensuring the consistency of Regulatory inspections, in line with the Regional Lead Activity Framework, you will be an expert in your field, bringing an in-depth understanding of the needs of young people on the Autistic Spectrum, best in class experience and a clear vision of the link between leadership and true impact.

You will have a real eye for detail and robust professional curiosity – knowing that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Quality Standards for Children’s Homes, the regulatory environment that we operate in and the demands that this places on all aspects of our work.
